Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping is usually done the following business day. This means that if you ordered items on Friday, they should get shipped on Sunday morning from Israel (in Israel, Sunday is the first day of the week and on Saturday everything is closed). Since items get packed and shipped pretty fast, if you need any changes to your order (add/remove items) please let us know as soon as possible.

All items are shipped by standard airmail. Once items are shipped, the length of time until arrival at destination varies, depending on holidays in Israel, the country of destination, holidays in the country of destination, and other factors. Shipping to the UK usually takes 6 days, sometimes more, sometimes less. Shipping to the States can take 12-14 days, sometimes more, sometimes less. Australia and New Zealand vary too. In any case, if items have not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please be in touch with us. We usually just resend the items or give the money back. We want you to be fully satisfied!

In some cases, when a customer makes a very large order, we might decide to send items by EMS (Express) which arrives in 2-3 business days. In any case, if you would like items sent by express mail anyway, you can request this by email as soon as you make the order. We will send you an online invoice for the price difference.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the items received, for instance, if an item arrives damaged, or even slightly cracked, or stained, or if the item is not at all what you were thinking it was, please contact us and we will do everything we can to reimburse you fully, up to a full refund, including shipping.
